Beretta warranty help

Hey guys sorry if I posted in the wrong place. But I was just a bit confused about the beretta extended warranty. It says I have to fill it out and return it to a beretta dealer. Now do I return it to the dealer I purchased it from or do I just sent to any beretta certified dealer.

I did the warranty registration for my Beretta Px4 Storm this way.

One more question I was just reading over some of the things I needed to fill out and it said to put down the date of purchase. So would that be the day I dros'd it or when I went to go pick it up?

I'm pretty sure it's a violation of federal law (Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act) to require warranty registration. No need to register a warranty.

Since its only 10 days difference, I used the DROS date on mine.

They have a standard warranty period and if you register it with them it extends it by a year or so.

I don't know where you are located, but they have an authorized service center in fountain valley. I sent kine into Beretta and problem didn't get fixed, took it into service center and they found problem.

I would use the date on your sales reciept... The purchase date (money paid) is the date manufactors care about... Plus bank records easier to get copys of in the future if dros paperwork gets lost... Cheers .
