Small (ish) 9mm for CCW?

I'm looking for a small 9mm that still has enough grip for all my fingers (average size hands). Any recommendations?

LC9s are off list and without the finger extention (included with gun) even the smallest hand will have a finger hanging.

I'd recommend a Glock or XD compact or subcompact. S&W is expecting to ship CA compliant Shields soon. You could wait a few more weeks.

The Kahr CW9 or a 3'' 1911 would be excellent.

Or try a J frame revolver.

That is why I wrote "included with the gun". Even this for people with X-large paws it is too small.

For me it's a great pocket pistol. A good 3rd selection for CCW Pistol.
Others are to thick and imprints on the pocket. I like using this with De Santis pocket holster. No imprint at all.

Do you not like the idea or is it actually uncomfortable?

The reason I ask is I thought when I got my G26 I would get the mag extension however even with the short grip the gun is very comfortable and highly accurate.

Then when I got my LC9 it actually comes with both mag plates, with the extension on already. I actually took off the extension and put the flat plate on just to make the gun a little smaller.

Although not as comfortable as a full grip I don't really have a problem with either pistol. I do however also prefer to have my small pistols remain small.

I am 6'2" and 185lbs so I guess my hands would be "Large", as defined by my several pairs of gloves

just curious... that pocket holster looks like it's zippered? how do you draw from your pocket with this rig?
