I saw this:
1) We place order for the SSE gun with the FFL
2) Once the gun arrives, we do the DROS as SSE gun (all legal)
3) 10day desperate wait
4) Take officially delivery of SSE gun, walk out of the shop and walk back in
5) The FFL swaps original parts, on your request and you have the original gun back
6) Enjoy!
My question is the step 6).
Does _Enjoy_ means I can legally OWN the gun in 'original' state in CA?
Does _Enjoy_ means I can legally USE the gun is 'original' state in CA?
Really want to get a Ruger SR22.
