Took the 45 to the range the other day and had 4 failure to feeds out of the 100 Rounds of fiochi 230gr I brought. I've put about a 1200 rounds through with zero failures using everything from hornady critical to range reloads. Now 3 out of for failures were the last rounds in the mag.
Was wondering if it sounds like a mag issue or ammo issue or somthing else. The gun was clean at the start of the day, was using 3 mags but only happened on two of them. The feed ramp is blackened a bit but smooth as a babies ***.
