M&P9c magazines 10rd

Anyone know what is going on with the Smith&Wesson M&P9 compact magazines, 10rd? They are nowhere to be found and if they can be found, they are running costing around ~$100-115 ea!

It just blows me away that they can't just crank out a bunch of these M&P mags. Nobody seems to know what the story is.

They've been in short supply since the M&P line came out years ago. Got to MidwayUSA, put yourself on their "notify me" list and wait it out like the rest of us. Check your email daily as you never know when you'll get the notice, but act fast when you do. That's how I got 2 fullsize mags a few months ago.

Do not give into the scalpers.

If you can find the 10 round full size magazine, you can replace the FS base plates with compact base plates.

I found plenty of full size 10 rounders then changed the base plates as cv62 said. Just make sure you get the CORRECT base plates. I have 10 mags for my 9c now

This is the norm for S&W.When I bought my FS MP9 I couldn't fin mags for 6.5 months.The one I did find was 80$ on ebay and I needed it for a class.But one day they were everywhere for 35 bucks.The funny thing is at that time all I could find were MPc mags.I think there mags are made in batches one model at a time
