The "added" handguns are just different variants of the existing model.

We had this discussion in another thread and it appears that when the same model is slightly modified in *appearance only*, it can be added to the roster without retesting - it looks like a "new model," but it's not really.

Look at the "model number" for the Colts. It's all the same model as the one currently on the roster, just different commemorative finish.

I think this is not a absolutely bad thing. Once there is no any handgun on the roster, we can sue it to federal court to completely knock off the ridiculous roster.

So much for S&W and Ruger renewing their revolvers.

So only 22LR and 3 collectables that normally wouldn't see a single bullet, bravo California.

At some point, I expect the whole roster stupidity will be successfully challenged in court as a 2nd Amendment violation. Controlling which guns you can own is controlling your right to bear arms. And the safety nonsense is utter BS that can be easily proven false.

How many years it takes, of course, is another issue. We have bigger fish to fry first.

It's a little known fact that the phrase "Molon Labe" is in fact ancient Greek for "Suck it, Dianne Feinstein."

California is starting to be a handgun wasteland. The few gun stores we do have in CA all carry the same limited selection. The list of what is authorized for sale gets smaller every year.

If you happen to be travelling to another state this year, take the time to go browse a gun store there. You will see just how limited our selection in CA has become.
