Sig P226 magazine question.

I have 2005 - Sig P226 - .40s&w. The magazine is made in Italy. I took it apart this evening and the insert/floor plate broke. I tried finding a replacement at Brownells, TGS and Midway but they don't have it.
Do you guys know where to get it? Thanks.

I'd give sigarms a call in the morning. Im sure they'll be abel to help you out with floor insert.. If you have to buy it, shipping will probably be more than the actual part..

Called Sig this morning and they no longer carry them. Top Gun Supply have them but need to be notified because they are out of stock. So, good news for me because I don't have to buy a whole new magazine. Thanks guys.

factory mag are made by mecgar. the same company as B92FS / M9 mag. you can get Mecgar parts if you can find a supplier. LAK supply sells rebuild kits.

Yup! the person that I talked to this morning said that Mecgar made magazines for them.
