Need info on old H&R top break .22

Just picked one up and there is very little to 0 info on the internet on the H&R top breaks in .22, All I can find is they were called the bicycle model. Ive found info on the top break .32 and .38 but none on the .22. Can it even fire modern .22lr? Any info greatly appreciated.

if you ever find yourself in San Mateo, swing in to KrauseWerk Collectibles and ask them about it... they will probably have one FS there as well.

              Good spot for H&r info.

Nice little breaktop. Have to watch the timing on them. I have always used standard velocity 22 in them.
