    Is this website legit? Has anyone dealed with them? I've seen some pretty low prices and is thinking that their inventory/prices haven't been updated or something.

          I've seen some pretty low prices
          Which is why they sell so many guns. Well known dealer with a good reputation and known for the helpfulness of Tom and Becky, the owners.

                          No. You need to pay use tax on it if you buy it online/mail order/out of state and intend to use it in CA while a resident of CA.

                              Dependson the FFL you use. Either the FFL will collect the tax from you. Or the FFL might not then you would declare it when you do your taxes like you alrady do with all your other out of state internet purchases.
