I wear an OWB kydex holster for my G19 and wear a suit to work everyday. I can button my jacket and no printing whatsoever. The holster is at my 4 o' clock with no cant.

        This^^.

I don't know your level of training/experience or what the job entails. But IME, you'd be much better off with standard suits tailored for CCW. Keep the Tux (but have it tailored) for special occasions. And, off the body CCW is not a good idea for many reasons. Again, my opinion based upon experience.
My double breasted suit has the "flap" style back.
This allows very easy access to either a small of the back holster, or a 4 o'clock or an 8 o'clock carry depending on strong hand.

If you haven't seen it with your own eyes,
or heard it with your own ears,
don't make it up with your small mind,
or spread it with your big mouth.

          A valid point

Called a "double vent" versus a "single vent"...

I refer to it as a fart splitter.

Single vents are the only way I roll with the suit. The double vent type puts the slit right on my 4:00 and it doesn't conceal well at all. I also have a tuckable IWB holster that just shows a little bit of the hook of the clip just under the belt.

If you know what you're looking for, the gun is really obvious. The suit is more open on his right side than his left, and even though it isn't really printing, there's a rather unnatural lump on that side of his body.

That video of the Five O holster looks promising. Funny to watch; I better use my big Glock too.

Holsters that don't cover the trigger guard don't really seem like a good idea.
