OK I am torn.... I want a G 17 but also want a Sig 1911 GSR.... I already own a CZ 75 P01... Any thoughts?

Love Sig's and the rep for reliability, however I've heard the reliability is questionable on their 1911. IMHO go with the glock or a different Sig.Comment

yeah the G17 will work every time I can't say that about any 1911 I have came across
Everyone is going to throw their 2 cents,here is what I did, I asked every range that rents guns what gun they have to fix the least and they all said the same thing, the G19 and G17 get rented the most and have the list amount of problems.
So I had to ask what guns break the most...hold on to your seat they said Beretta and S&W.

Keep in mind: for the price of the GSR - you can almost buy 2 G17/G19 (or 1 each).
Even though I am die-hard fan of 1911 (own more than a few) - I heard many horror stories from the GSR owners (mostly on reliability).

He is right you can buy a G17 and pocket size G26 that will shoot the same mags but will fit in your pocket (used as a back up to the G17)
Make sure you get night sites
There are sniper everywhere and nowhere.....who knows what is out there.

Get the GSR. I love mine.
I also have a Glock 23 w/ a 9mm conversion barrel. I love it too, but it's no match for my GSR Revo TTT.The wise man said just find your place

My GSR has been very reliable, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice in a 1911.
Glocks are go bang guns. Nice weapons, no soul.
