Range Report with My First Glock (Pics)

Took my Gen4 Glock 22 in FDE out to the local indoor range on Friday. I didn't shoot particularly well with it at first, but after a few mags I began to group better. I normally shoot thumbs forward grip, but when I switched to a grip with right hand completely closed my groupings improved. I only put 100 rounds through it, because I needed to sight in a new RDS for my AR as well.

Looking forward to putting some more training time in.

What grip works best for your Glock?
I'm not a big fan of the .40. More snappy in the Glock than my P226. Will a different recoil spring/guide rod help without sacrificing reliability?
Either way, I'm looking forward to the challenge of training in .40.

Nice looking gun. What sights? And what distance were you shooting?

      The sights are Ameriglo CAP.
      I shoot between 7-15 yards.

Cool. It looks like the rear sights aren't centered, but thats probably just the angle on the picture. I shoot thumbs forward, but I do it with 9 mm.
