I've been looking for a Non Elite Sig P229R in 40SW (I don't care much for the Beaver Tail), with the new "stepless" slide design and full-height racking serrations, but also without LCI and MDS.

It seems like whenever I find one with the new slide, they inevitably have the LCI and presumably the MDS as well.

Am I looking for something that doesn't exist?

Well... maybe I should clarify... Do they exist in CA?

I'm trying to avoid having to SSE one of these.

Not on the list so unless you SSE or find one from a private party face to face you can't get one.

^^^I think your photo is the same as the first example I posted from post #3 above. But you'd have to purchase on gunbroker and SSE it.
