Help find a matching beavertail safety

    Hey Folks,

I am having trouble finding a proper beavertail safety for my colt 1911 80 series. Its listed as stainless steel, and most parts of the gun are, but it has another texture on the gun that I cannot identify or find which is on the other components. Its how colt made it, not a custom job or anything. I am sure most of you have seen it before. I bought a pure stainless steel beavertail but it doesn't match with the gun at all.

Have any of you guys found a proper finish beavertail that will match the gun?

Do you want to match the slides of the frame or the original grip safety?

The original grip safety had a bead blasted finish.

Most aftermarket grips safetys are cast then polished to some degree, I think the standard procedure is for the installer to do the desired finish treatment to it.
