1911 gurus I need your help

I have a Springfield MC Operator that needs some new sights. exhaustive google searches have to a sea of confusing numbers and information. I am looking for a set if night sights that can be also be used for 1 handed manipulations (example: heinie straight eight ledge). I need to know the type of cuts and sizes if possible. I have attempted to attach pics below (hope they work).

10-8 rear and brass bead front are great but, the OP stated they are looking for night sights.

You could also check out Fusion Firearms (stolen?) copy of 10-8 Performance's rear sights. Unlike 10-8's blackened rear sight, Fusion's copy is available with tritium.

thanks for the info. based on the pics am I looking for a Novak cut rear sight? is there a Springfield cut for the front? thanks again
