    92FS HELP PLEASE!

I have a 92FS and part of the frame is chipped. Do you know what are some causes and can I send out my 92FS for repair?

Pics would really help in trying to figure out what is wrong with your 92fs.

Since I might not be able to use warranty despite I have receipt, do you think theyll charge me for repairs?

Send the warranty card in right away or even look to see if you can register online. Some places are really good about accepting them late.

Those pictures are kind of crappy and can't really make out the damaged area.

As far as Beretta doing the repairs for free after the warranty expires, they might charge you a lil bit, but as far as I knew most guns have a one year warranty with proof of purchase. Call them up tomorrow and find out what the warranty covers. If they want to charge you a lot of money, sweet talk the rep to do it for free. Beretta is a big company and they will more than likely do it for free.

That area gets beat up pretty bad. If it is only a teeny chip, it may only be ano and not the base metal.

If it's obvious the gun has been shot very little, I would think Berretta would take care of it. Ask! The worst they can do is say No.
                              Good luck.
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all.
