Really Want a P99 AS 9mm, cannot find any!!!!

only could find some P99C AS which is compact size of P99 AS

the AS is hard to find, when I lived in Georgia I picked one up, but it had to be ordered and it took about 3 weeks to get it in. but, when I did get it, it was made only about 7 weeks before so it was pretty fresh off the assembly line.


I don't think the AS is on the handgun list either

a lot of the p99 models have or are going to expire in a few months.

I have a first-generation P99 I got from a fellow Calgunner. Took me at least a year and a half to find. Gunbroker occasionally has some up for sale with 10-rounders so you won't have to worry about dealing with the magazines (thanks, Sacramento...). You'll have to find someone to SSE it for you though.

The AS model is not a regular or the main model P-99 anymore. They now mostly focus on the PPQ model and it's variants.

Now the AS is not discontinued yet but they make them in low batches so you are going to have a hard time finding one off the shelf. Best thing to do is try to find a used one on the forums or find a dealer who knows and can order a AS model.

I have one but bought it new when they came out and all models were AS so it was a no brainer.

I got lucky in November an was able to order one off grabagun.com. They get some every once in awhile. If you need one sse'd contact table rock arms in Oregon. Ryan is a great guy to deal with.
