Glock blue label pricing; what else comparable?

Just curious if any other companies do anything similar to Glock? Saw the PPQ vs Glock thread and PPQ seems to be the winner for most...but what if there's a $200 price difference between your options? Does anyone else have anything remotely similar to the Glock Blue Label program? $400-ish is pretty hard to beat. Thoughts?

S&W has it for the M&P line.

Sig has the Individual Officer Program (IOP), which offers a generous discount on a variety of pistols and rifles.

I'm 'fishing' for interest in getting low cost gun makers (Phoenix, Heritage, Hi-Point) to maybe sponsor an FFL to sell these guns without high FFL fees (which can be $75 on a $129 gun) on a group or at least 'crowd' basis.

Maybe like a 'class' where once a month you got 30+ folks showing up to a gun shop after hours and everyone fills out paperwork together on folding tables. Call it the "Gun Of The Month Club" where you buy a cheap handgun once a month. Like an 80% build party, but different.

OK, I guess you'd need to also schedule two 'classes', one for pick up, to make it easy on the FFL hosting.

This could be combined with brief safety training and tech tips on the "Model of the Month".

Don't like the thought of this, but I don't think the market out there is big enough for firearms where people would still spend enough money otherwise for most companies to still make what they want with expansive discount programs like this. Ie most people probably own say 2 or 3 different pistols from a company at most... If they had a 1x per year discount... I don't think most would mind waiting for the 2nd or 3rd for a year or two

I think glock and sw benefit from this due to wide spread law enforcement usage, high sales volume, and a desire to capture market share. That combined with the low costs of manufacturing either of those pistols.

Glock Blue Label is extended to FD and EMS so I had to get in on that. Thanks Glock.

I got a gen 4 glock 17 for under $450 in Illinois. It is a good deal, I wish I liked glocks better.

I have also done sigs program IOP, I don't think it is as good of a deal. They take a percent off of MSRP. Most dealers don't use MSRP. I got a sig tacops for $800. Out here that was not as good of a deal compared to the dealers. On the flip side we did the military commemorative pistol and we got a sig 220 with night sights and 3 mags for about $800, and it was custom laser engraved. I feel that was a good deal. Para ordnance had a nice military commemorative program for 1911's. We could not get it because the 1911's were not on the roster.

I agree, SIG's LE pricing isn't as competitive as the prices you get while shopping around.

Smith and Wesson is also running their Nation's Finest promotion, which lasts until the end of the month I think. Also, Beretta also has a rebate promotion for LE/military.
