glock serial number help

Trying to find out when my gen 2 glock 22 was made. The serial number is RG***US. I tried looking up a list of serial numbers but could not find RG.

1990. Difficult to get much more specific. It is old enough to have needed the free internal parts upgrade, I would make sure that has been done. If it has, the trigger bar, firing pin, etc will be silver instead of black color.

Yeah, its got a silver firing pin and bar. I think it is a NY trigger.
