I have always liked the ruger sr22 for its reliability and looks but unfortunately you cant buy them anymore. What other .22 pistols are as reliable and will take any ammo you feed it?

Most reliable .22 pistol
Tags: None -
Ruger 22/45 or MKIII, mine runs like a sewing machine (hair trigger, easy rapid fire)
Eats all ammo, except duds.
A Glock .22LR upper from Advantage arms worked great for me also.
Some might not agree, but i didn't have luck with Sig Mosquito, Walter .22lr pistols picky on ammo and cleanliness.
What I want to try but havent is the GSG .22lr 1911.

+1 for the ruger mk series, i have the 22/45 with around 5k through no malfunctions except for duds
the buckmarks are pretty reliable too my friend has a few thousand through his with maybe 3 or 4 FTE's but he doesnt keep it well lubed
also dont think you can go wrong with a good quality revolverComment

My friend has a S&W 317 Airweight that's a real pleasure to shoot. 8 shot, so it's not far off from semi capacity as well. You can't beat a revolver for reliability.
As mentioned before, stay away from the Mosquito and P22. Garbage.Comment

LOL! "Always"? Really? it's a fairly new firearm that hasn't been in production long enough to have what I'd consider "proven reliability". Of course, the most reliable .22lr "pistols" would be along the lines of a TC Contender/Encore, Anshultz Exemplar, Mossberg Brownies, etc. If you are limiting your question to only semi auto .22lrs, Hi Standards, Ruger Automatic Pistols, Ruger MK IIs, Ruger MKIIIs, Colt Woodsmans, Browning Challengers, Browning Buckmarks, etc. all have decades or more worth of proven reliability.NRA Certified Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor

My wife's SR22 started jamming our first time taking it out. First 100 rounds or so we're fine but started jamming thereafter with either mag. My mk3 isn't what I'd consider reliable either. About 4 jams per 100 rounds of bulk ammo.
Have you considered a revolver?

My Ruger 22/45 MKIII with a Volquartsen Exact Edge Extractor eats and spits out anything. One of my favorite shooters. It's dead nuts accurate once you clean up the trigger and ditch the front sights for fiber optics etc. I've been meaning to pick up another 22/45 in SS.Comment
