Help please.1st Gen g20 feeding problem

My 1st Gen g20 will not fully seat a round when cycling.I have to tap or rerack to get the round to and slide to go to full battery. The pistol is all stock.
    Any suggestions?

    What ammo?

What's the round count? When was it last serviced?
When in doubt replace the recoil spring.

        FYI.
No such thing as a Glock 20 Gen 1.
Glock 20/21 were first released as Gen 2.

How many rounds through pistol? Ever replaced the recoil spring?

Best suggestion is call Glock and sent it to them for a complete check up. You might have more than just a recoil spring problem.

It might be a recoil spring or extractor issue (round getting hung up on extractor during feed.

I think you need to find a Glock Armorer and have him/her fix it. Or send it back to Glock. You can spin your wheels and buy a lot of parts before you stumble on the issue.

                  Good luck.

I wish you were closer, I'm an armorer and it's probably an easy fix. I'm sure theres somebody in your area who can help, it's just a matter if they stock the large frame specific parts or not.
