How does it differ than the standard cz 75? Will the cz tactical sport (CZ 75 TS) mags fit in a standard cz 75?

I think mags are Compact Frame, and Full Size Frame mags.

Also pre-B might have different mags?

The tact sport has a steel frame, uses a different mag( the same as a checkmate), is SAO with adjustable pre travel, LPA sight cut, ambi safety and a shorter grips, since the magwell is installed. There are a few other differences in the way it is fitted. The TS is a limited gun out of the box while the 75 is a production level. Personally it is my favorite gun of all time if you can't tell. Any questions about it just ask, a few of us on here have dissected the thing and rebuilt them multiple times.

no sir. they only work in the tac sport and the checkmate. If you want a gun like the tacsport that works with same mags check out the CTS, that is a shadow frame with a Tac Sport upper

I just went to the LGS and held a cz 75 and it felt awesome.. I just wanted to get a few mag kits in 9mm or .40 ... you guys have any recommendations for where to get any??

The most visible is the light rail on the SP-01. I think there are some other changes too though.

The rail, trigger, ambi controls on the sp01.

Yes they are. I use my CZ 75B Mags in my SP-01. The SP-01 mags have a thicker baseplate than the 75B mags which are flat.

they use the same mags, and they also work with baby eagles and tanfoglio. MecGar makes the oem mags so they are the same mags.

I buy the macgar mags for my cz's and they look and work the same. Like Giggles said Mecgar makes the mags for cz.

Cz 75bd mags also work in S&W M&P 9. Just wrap some tape around the mag body to make it less wobbly. Works good. Tried it myself.

But I don't recommend anyone try this unless it is a dire emergency or no other options exist. And you are properly trained and experienced to try it.
