Received my XDs back from Springfield Armory's recall.
First, I applaud their quick reaction to a possibly tragic situation.
But I do have a few issues.
One, while the pistol was at the factory, I emailed them to request after they repaired it, if they could forward it to their custom shop for work. I was told they couldn't do that. They had to send it back to me, then I would have to send it back to them! Really.
The second was that I feel the trigger pull has increased in weight after the repair. I did not measure it before I left, so I can't objectively say this is true. But it is a perception.
I was wondering if anyone else who has received their pistol back from the recall has noticed the same thing?
