Just order Kimber Springs.. Keep it simple.. Wolff is good also... but start off with the ones from KIMBER... Sure they may be from Wolff..
The ULTRA II RCP that I had got it's recoil spring changed out at 700 rounds and the FP spring at the same time. Over Kill perhaps but I never had one issue.. springs are cheap.. It was a CCW pistol so I wasn't willing to treat it like a "range" gun... so to speak...
Mag springs also can get worn out.. I've had good luck with the new Kimber Tac mags in my 1st Gen Carry Custom.. They work perfectly.
My friend has a Kimber Warrior that had issues with the Swartz safety system... he sent it back to Kimber for the FIX.. now its fine.. He was using it as a CCW pistol took it to the range to qualify and it went CLICK not BOOM a few times and found the Swartz system was not working.. Good thing he didn't need to use it to save his tail and have it fail... I try to avoid the Swartz system if possible but many folks have never had an issue..
IF the spring swap doesn't fix your issue send it back to KIMBER they will make it right..
just one mans opinion.. worth what you paid for it
