    Need help

I took a kahr p9 out today for the first time. Bought it used with about 200 rounds thru it. Put about 30 rounds of Winchester white box thru it no problem. On the first magazine with Remington it failed to fire. Cleared the weapon and everything seemed good. Put magazine back on and fired a couple more then happen again. It appeared as the slide was not returning all the way forward. Tried to field strip it and the slide would not come off. Put if away and when I got home it came apart and it looked like the spring had kinda popped loose. Put it back and rack the slide a bunch and it seemed fine. Is this something that happens with kahr's a lot?

Bought it used, might want to have a qualified gunsmith take a look at it.
Never know why it was really sold.
Oh, and pay no attention to the comments that do not offer anything!

          1) The ammo could be out of spec.

          2) Limp wristed.

It looks like this might be a known problem with some Kahrs: http://www.defensivecarry.com/forum/...plies-cm9.html

+1 to that. Have a certified gunsmith look at it... Also I must agree that ignore people that have nothing better to do than to get snarky on a thread. God bless and good luck with your gun. Maybe post some pics of the spring etc...Might give some Kahr owners and idea of the problem. Hope it gets worked out quick
