You can't convert the decocker to SAO.

Extended firing pin
Reduced power firing pin block & firing pin springs
CZC SRT for B style guns
Aluminum guide rod
16 lb Wolff recoil spring
13 lb hammer spring
Heinie straight 8 tritium sights
VZ dirty olive tactical diamonds

Can't do SAO conversions on CZ decocker guns unfortunately. This is meant to be light competition gun, but mainly used for HD purposes. I still have to read up on whether CCWs in Solano County are being issued to normal folks like myself. I'd probably use this gun to qualify since my project gun (a CZ SP01 now at CGW) isn't exactly a comfortable carry gun.

my xray vision is at the dealership for maintenance : ) now i know decocker models cant be converted, thank you. CZs, cant go wrong. how long did the work take?

The wait time at CZC is crazy at times. This was my second P01 getting worked on by them. I believe I sent this gun in June and received it back at the tail end of August/early September.

As for the 75D slide, I purchased this P01 from Damascus and I believe this was probably a Euro surplus or out of US P01. P01 is a US designation while Compact 75D is Euro designation. I thought that maybe my slide came from a US CZ PCR. However, after closer inspection, PCR rear slide serrations are slightly different from P01 serrations. This led me to the conclusion that this gun is a Euro (or non-US) P01.

I see, that's pretty cool then. I thought the main project piece was putting a different slide on I'd love it if they made a stainless, not plated, slide for the SP-01. It'd be a reverse TS if I got one

ohhh lol i thought by the thread title you did the work yourself...

I probably could have done some of the work, such as changing the hammer, firing pin, springs, and grips. The harder stuff such as milling the slide (to make the heinie sights fit) and modifying the disconnector would've been too difficult for me. I've taken apart my first P01's sear assembly to install a CGW SRS in it. Let's just say that's not something I care to do frequently.
