TAC-PAC Question

Just bought a Sig BSS in the TACPAC & after talking with factory sent it back to them for "plunger" keeping me from reassembly of slide on frame.
Talking w/some local guys they tell me this is a common problem with this particular gun "package"...
Anyone have any support or other comments on this issue?

I managed to bend the plunger lever on my Sig 1911 while trying to put the slide back on the frame the very first time I disassembled/reassembled it. I grew up with a series 70 Colt so had no clue that part was even there. All I had to do was order a new part from Sig.

All Sig 1911's are series 80 pistols. The "plunger" is part of the series 80 safety. Just push it down with your fingernail just enough to get the slide on and it should go all the way down.

Wait till you take the slide off of a 3rd gen Smith- they are 3 levers to move out of the way.
