Is the kahr p9 on the California approved list? If not can I still buy through ppt and register it?

If its already in CA legally, you can PPT it.

I am getting it to use as my ccw. If I had to use it for any reason would I be ok with the law. Hopefully will never have this situation, but want to be legit.
