Springfield 1911 Model Question - DOJ List

I've searched and couldn't find any clarification on this one: What is the difference between an L and LP in Springfield? Say for PX9154L and PX9154LP
the 9154L is on the DOJ list whereas the LP isn't. Will that matter on the DROS? Thanks!

The "P" means package with holster. The only way your FFL is going to give you trouble about it is if he is dense. Might want to check with your FFL first
