just picked up an lcr .38 spcl. it came with red front sight. looks bright. quick and easy to sight in. really liking it so far. -

People's eyes vary in terms of color sensitivity. It really boils down to which color you prefer.
Personally, although green seems brighter to my eye, red grabs my attention more. Maybe it's a psychological "Red! Danger!" thing. Dunno. But I have red on all my FO sights.sigpicComment
