Maybe find a used HK P2000? Its gonna be tough w/ the $600 budget + find all those features you want. If I were you, I'd splurge a bit extra for your 1st gun =P

simple answer is you are not going to find everything that you want for that price point, it is just not going to happen.

that said you are going to have to figure out what it is that you really want in the gun & what you are willing to compromise on vs what you are not.

There were several good options right up until you listed "under $600". At the top of the list would be the H&K P2000.
