need some help with a smith and wesson!

does anyone know where there is a step by step to reinstalling internals for a S&W 4506 frame? Long story short a buddy of mine and his friend took everything apart to refinish the frame and they dont remember how to put it back together. I have most of it figured out but there are still 4 parts I am unsure about and would like to doubble and tripple check what I have done. I only need the the frame part the slide was left alone.

Numrich gun parts has a basic scamatic here.
These files are schematics and parts lists from our catalog. They are in PDF format which means you can save the schematic to your computer, zoom in or out on

LOTS of expertise there. Most guys recommend Jerry Kuhnhausen's shop manuals too.

Not specifically for a 4506, but there might be some info that carries over that will help: http://www.thehighroad.org/archive/i...hp/t-3532.html
