Cool Speedloaders for 686 Plus

These are cool speedloaders for the 686 Plus. The plastic ones are sometimes faulted for being thin due to the 7 round configuration. These Five Stars are made of aluminum and seem sturdy enough:

I like my safariland speed loaders. I don't know if they make them for the 7 and 8 shot revolvers but they're definitely quick to use. You just push in and it automatically releases the rounds.they're what I was issued when we still carried .38s at work.

Seven shot reloaders are limited to five star, his and sl variant. Good luck ever finding the sl variants now!

I checked them out and decided to go with the cheaper hks. Less to cry about if I lose one! But mostly because I'm cheap.

They are available in "zombie" too, at least in the 8-shot S&W 327 version...

5 star speed loaders are great and they have some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I have 4 of their speed loaders and a range block like pictured above. I couldn't recommend them enough

They also will make any speed loader with the zombie anodizing. You just have to ask them for it and it could take an extra week or two depending on when they are doing their next batch of them
