Can I sell a handgun through PPT if I am 20? Its legal to posses a handgun under 21 but buying is illegal so I'm not sure where selling falls between the two. Anyone have experience with this?

It ought to work, but seems not to.
The issue seems to be the possibility that the buyer would fail the background check.
