My factory stock Glock 34 Gen 3 has this occasional failure to eject issue at the most inopportune time. e.g. on the MGM Ironman zipline. (Not my run, just an FYI)
Failure rate is random but persistent. Once every 500 rounds during the MGM match, three times at a 200 rounds pistol match. Ammo factor has been eliminated. Using the same lot ammo in two other G17s never caused any issue.
Since I don't have a large supply of 9mm ammo to troubleshoot this part by part, I plan to replace all suspect parts at once.
Aside from the extractor. What else plays a role in extraction? Ejector? Recoil spring? Use some gen 4 parts?
