    Kimber Custom II = WOW!

I just broke out of jail my new to me Kimber Custom II. Bought it from a fellow calgunner( thanks metalhead). Wow! This gun is a shooter. My friends and I shot around 250 rounds and we all loved every shot. This thing is a keeper. Now for some more range time..

Need to post some pics (photobucket.com is your friend) before the other guys hassle ya.

I used to own one. Parted with it to raise cash in a hurry. I miss it. Really, really nice gun. Hard to believe it is the "entry level" Kimber. After owning it I became a Kimber fan. Plan to add one to the collection again.

This was mine. I added Night Sights, a Magwell, VZ Grips and grip tape. Learn from my mistakes and leave the safety and slide stop alone. Messing with those only leads to trouble, and it really doesn't need those touched because the ones it has are great.

That is exactly my plan for the upgrade. I'd like to slowly build it up a little. Nothing too fancy. It is really a beautiful gun as is.

          Nice congrats

Welcome to the Kimber club plan on adding more they are like ruffles..ya can't just have one...VZ grips will probably be your best addition I have em in Operator II Zebra. I have used mine in IDPA for almost 3 years without a single match malfunction with plinker ammo. If some of the pictures don't show just right click on em and click show picture. Not sure why it does that sometimes.

Congratulations and welcome to the Kimber club!

Same experience here: Bought my first Kimber Custom II from a fellow Calgunner (tasmaniandevildog), and became a strong Kimber fan. I bought two additional Kimbers after that first experience.

This is a very accurate description of it. I totally agree.

                  Enjoy your Kimber!

The best part of a used gun (that has not been home gunsmithed) is that someone else already did the "break in" !!

I bought the Kimber with less than a hundred rounds thru it. So basically, this thing is not broken in yet!! Lol.
