Jack Ross reloads

Not sure if this is the right forum, but since they only do handgun loads, thought it might be appropriate.

Just stopped by Jack Ross ammunition in Nevada and picked up a case of their reloads. I was treated to a full tour of the facility, including final packing and taken through the QC process, including putting in some rejects so i could see how they do it. I left most impressed. I was also shown the corporate order board for large purchasers. Not dropping any names or quantities, but I knew them and the orders were impressive.

Jack Ross, like everyone, got hit hard during the hoard panic. Looks like they are cranking out again hard, and had 9, 40, and 45 in their storefront, plus getting caught up on all their back orders both small consumer ones and the mega giant quarter million round ones.

Check them out if your ever going shooting out in the free part of America.

Myself and a buddy buy Jack Ross from Elite Arms in Manteca CA they get that stuff like crazy! its good ammo. i buy 3 of each caliber every two weeks.

Yea, I've had good luck with it too in the past. After getting the tour and especially seeing the QC check process, I like it even more.

I liked them a lot more when they used to make new ammo and would ship to cal for free. Then they didn't manage their orders correctly, had incredible wait times, and now have went to mostly a dealer system and a storefront. I still have some of their new ammo.

Me, I will pass. I will stick with other vendors, such as Freedom.

I have no dog in this fight, but if anyone decides to do business with them, they should be aware Jack Ross's previous problems.

Did they take you on a tour of their vault were they store all of the money they collected (swindled) for prepaid orders that they are still trying to fulfill almost 2 years later? While they continued to ship ammo to their dealers and showed up at gun shows with ammo even while screwing their paid in full customers?

Screw Jack Ross, they do not deserve any more money from Cal Gunners. Never heard so many pitiful excuses from a company in my life.

I will never do business with Jack Ross again. Thank god my CC company let me file a dispute after months of them not responding to my cancellation request. What a nightmare that whole fiasco was.
