    War time Browning HP

Hey Calguners, I have been in the market for a Browning High Power for around 5 months... Well when it rains, it pours... Two landed at my hands today. One is a standard HP Practical that is new... It's going to be my shooter.

The one I am posting about is a FN Browning HP with some major WWII history behind it! It's all matching numbered, with Natzi Swastikas and German Eagles on it. For a real wartime pistol, it's actually in pretty nice shape... About 85% in my opinion. Now, what's it worth? Anyone have thoughts? Good month for pistols

I usually see Nazi Hi-Powers advertised between $750 and $1,200 depending upon features and condition. I gave about $900 in trade to a relative for my tangent sight version.

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
"What we get away with isn't usually the same as what's good for us"
"An extended slide stop is the second most useless part you can put on a 1911"

"While Ruger DA revolvers may be built like a tank, they have the aesthetics of one also,
although I suppose there are a few tanks which I owe an apology to for that remark"
