just clicked the mouse (pulled the trigger) on a pair

ive been wanting to add another 1911 to the stable and have been looking at colts for a few months now but in my research process i stumbled upon the dan wesson pointman 7 so i ordered it along with a stainless enhanced colt. pics to follow but it will take a couple of months, i cant start the dros on the first one untill july 2nd. it was $858 for the dan and $855 for the colt, ive got 12 months to pay em off interest free. im now gonna have a 4 horse 1911 stable.

got them from buds, they offered 6 months same as cash but since i got the 12 month interest free card i threw it on that. i was also concerned about not taking the shipping insurance with their credit and with my mastercard at least i have some protection against loss. buds had the best pricing, i was gonna look for used and i could have gotten a std colt government for $650 or so but the pm was probably not gonna happen.

Lets us know how the PM7 runs. I've often considered selling off my bobtail to switch back to a fullsize stainless 1911.
