    Approved handgun list question

I have a Para P1445LDA model # D1445ER. When I brought the gun into the state, it was on the approved handgun list. I am trying to sell it now and someone asked if it was approved. I thought I would double check and found that only Para Ords newer series of LDAs, the ones with the PXT extractor are listed. Their model # is DX1445ER.

My question is, does that one extra letter mean that my pistol is now an unapproved handgun, and as such is only transferable through a PPT?

PPT it and you'll be fine.

I realize that I can PPT it. What I want to know is if it can be transfered by a dealer, as in someone from a different part of the state wants to buy it.

You might want to try shooting a PM to one of the dealers here on the board and ask them directly. Get the info straight from the horse's mouth.

I pm'd a few of the dealers refered to in the previous post and the answer from each of them was that it could only be transfered through a PPT sale. Thanks for the help everyone.
