Yeah, be happy about that....I just bought a Glock 21sf and forgot that I bought another gun 29 days prior and had to wait an additional 10 days!! that SUCKS.

I still haven't picked up my revolver from the dealer after DROSing it on the 23 of last month. Haven't had time to get back there to get it but I did manage to buy another gun and pick it up during the wait using a closer dealer.

Try having to wait 20 days after you pick up the last handgun to DROS another one, just to wait another 10 days. I can DROS my AR pistol in about a week.

First guns are always the worst. It gets better as you start to accumulate guns. You'll have other guns to fondle as you're waiting for the 10 days..

What's REALLY silly is that you have to do the 10-day rule for every gun you own - many of you have gun safes full of handguns, rifles and even pre-ban AWs, right. Yet the 10-day rule still applies! Nutty.

i normally use the ten day wait to order accessories.

holsters, ammo, extra parts like magazines.

First day it's DROS'd I run home and go on the internet and buy the accessories, and as they come in day by day it helps me pass the wait. And on that fateful day I can pick up my gun, I take her home, strip her down, oil her up and play with her until the next day when I can take her out to dinner and feed her a steady diet of FMJ until both she & I are satisfied.

whoa...I may treat my gun better then my ladies...I rarely buy accessories for my girlfriend.

Used gun. Happened to get it the day after it came in. Mandatory 30 day hold, then 10 day waiting period. Sucked, but it was kinda cool realizing "Hey, I can dros that gun today!"
