Hey fellas, I was wondering for all those out there who owns a Glock RTF 2, how does the feel or grip compare to the regular pattern Glock's? Like it? Hate it? I'm considering the RTF for my next purchase.

Love it. My 17 RTF2 gets the most use out of all my pistols."Then there are sheepdogs. The sheepdogs are the bastions of safety. The sheepdog lives solely to protect the flock and confront the wolf. They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."Comment

Love mine. Really aggressive grip compared to regular Gen3. I have one RTF 19 left in the stable, it's a keeper. Some people like it, some people hate it. IMO, great for service/duty/HD.....but a little to rough for concealed.Originally posted by pistolero805Brass has antimicrobial properties.Originally posted by sean michaelBrass knuckles, when you want to punch someone but don't want to give them an infection.

I have g22 gen 3, rtf, and gen 4. I perfer the rtf grip over both gen 3 and 4. I tested the grip by rubbing in sand/dirt and shooting it while wet and it held on easily. From feedback i get from friends is 50/50.Comment

Like mine as far as shooting goes (my G17RTF2 is one of the pistols I shoot in USPSA) and don't have any problems with it abrading my hands, but it abrades the inside of my elbow if I carry it in a high rise holster. I don't think I'd carry it concealed unless I knocked down the RTF panels a little bit with sandpaper.I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!Comment

when I drew my pistol from my crossbreed supertuck holster, the rtf grip ripped my fancy shirt.
lesson of the day, never wear a fancy shirt.
