Streamlight Warranty Success

Has anyone ever used Streamlight's warranty? My TLR-3's picatinny mounting bracket broke and I need to send it back for repair/replacement.

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with them.

Did you Gorilla'd that thing? Never saw one broke before , did you overtigthened that thing?

I've had no problem with Streamlight's customer service. The windage adjustment allen screw got stripped on my TLR-4. Sent them the light and they repaired it very promptly.

I don't think I did. I only installed and removed it a few times, but it was used on a Glock rail not a standard picatinny.

UPDATE:

Received a replacement TLR-3 at no cost to me. Sweet!
