Glockstore A+

In SD for a few days visiting fam and working. Went to the Glockstore about 30 min before closing. Was quoted $30 for sight installation. They ended up doing it for FREE and I didn't even buy sights from them. Got great service. A+++

To be honest I was hoping to meet Lenny. Ha that guy reminds me of my dad.

Can't say enough good things about them. Every LGS employee should visit them and take notes as to what great service is all about.

I had a bad experience with their mail order process last month. Their system does not tell you what the status of the orders are. Their automated emails tells you the orders are going to take 2-3 days for items in stock but that was not the case. I emailed them a week later and got an email that they will get back to my email in 5-7 business days. Ended up calling them a few days later and was told the order was picked but waiting to ship in a few days. So an order that should have taken a few days ended up taking about 3 weeks with no status updates. Their store might be good but their web ordering process sucks. Ordering from their suppliers like Lone Wolf was faster than them. Personally I would never order from them again, just not worth the trouble.

Haven't been to the store but do always see them at local gun shows. Got all my G26 upgrades from them and they are awesome.

I remember meeting Lenny's wife Tammy when they remodeled their kitchen. She was very nice and made the kitchen install real easy to do. Didn't mind going back a couple times to fix a couple "blemishes" in the granite counters.

I found this out as well. I just make the trip there and leave with it all in hand. Excellent service from Matt and the counter crew!

I went there today to get some sights for my g17. Was originally looking at some Ameriglo sights but the friendly and helpful salesman showed me the TruGlo TFO's. Went with them instead.

Installed them while I waited!! Took about 15 minutes. Hope to get back next week to get a trigger job and perhaps some other goodies.

Must come from online purchases, because their online inventory is not real time, and the system actually lets you buy things that are not in stock with no ETA. Walk into the store, best experience every time.
