NAA Black Widow on SSE?

I really want a black widow from NAA, is it possible to get one via SSE? any shops near the east bay area I should call and ask?

Not likely, revolvers don't go SSE, they would have to be single action. The requirements to be exempt from the roster are:
Single action
Barrel no less than 3"
overall length of 7 1/2" or greater
