    M&P Pro9 5"

Is there a place in SoCal, San Diego area that I can buy an M&P Pro9 5".
I would like the place to order and then SSE the firearm from one locale. Is it possible in this area. Thanks

Find one on gun broker and then have it shipped to an SSE dealer such as parallax or Direct Action Solutions.

Try Parallax Tactical on Miramar Rd. I SSE'd a Remington R1 today from them.

Just a heads up OP, finding mags for that gun has turned many people off from buying the gun. It's impossible. And when you do find one, it's priced thru the roof. FYI.

I want one as well, but would be useless to me w/o additional mags since I plan on shooting it in matches/competition.

          Good luck though either way.

            +1

17 and 10 rounds are a PAIN to find, usually nearing 100 bucks a piece right now. Easiest thing to do is purchase an M&P 9 carry kit with it since it comes with 3 mags which will give you a total of 5 without getting ripped off.

Or you can go with .40 S&W...

Well maybe hold of a couple months then. As I understand S&W was on vacation schedule till this week and hopefully will get with their inventory.
40 isn't in my venue, as I had sold all my 40's and 9's but I want just one nine before all these law come out next year.
Yes it is crazy about what they want for mags during a shortage time..

MY M&P pro 9mm was manufactured on 6/11/13 and the trigger is great. About 5 pounds and has a very distinct audible/felt trigger reset. Not as much as a Glock but more like a 1911. There is still a lot of grit when new but 1 min of LIGHT sanding on the trigger bar where it contacts the firing pin plunger gets rid of the grit. The new ones are definitely worth it if you dont want to spend extra on apex parts.

If I may ask where did you buy your Pro from? I looked all over today with no luck.

I think I purchased the last one from Buds Gun Shop .com because the listing disappeared soon after I bought it. Try Gun broker . com and see if they will ship it here for SSE unless you are roster exempt. I just shot 500 rounds through it today and it was flawless. The trigger became even lighter and smoother. It's as smooth as my Glock's now. Definitely my new favorite! Faster follow up shots than my Glock 34 and SA 9mm 1911. I would think my 1911 would be faster since it's so heavy but for some reason the M&P seemed to have less muzzle flip and felt very natural to me.
