    Mags for the M&P22

Morning gentlefolks. I just jailed an m&p22 and so the wait begins. My dilemma now is finding mags. Now sure if I'm searching correctly but every online store I came across was out of stock. Similar to my Sig SP2022, extra mags were scarce when I first got it. But it wasn't long (about a month) before they came available. I'm hoping for the same with the m&p22. All that said, does anyone have any recommendations on where to look? Perhaps there's an unlisted secret place. Or perhaps another brand that makes mags like Promags. S&W does not even take back orders. Thanks all.

Its been this way for M&P22 mags since the beginning of the panic. Prices have come down a lot tho. During the panic, mags were going for $100/each. I now see them going for about $50-60 each. Good luck on your search!

      Just backorder from here.

I signed up for the notification a couple weeks ago and got them quickly. After shipping and the NRA donation it was like $30 each.

Set up an email alert at Midway... They had them in stock not long ago and will be getting more in soon (expected 9/1).

Or.... Triple A's up in Vallejo. They had a bunch left when I walked out the door. Though they were a little more than Midway, I like to shop local when I can. Nice guys, good selection of guns.... I will be back up there soon.

Thx fellas. Ya, I signed up for the notification, not just with Midway, but with about 7 other retailers.

@ Nick. Thx for the heads up. Valejo is an easy trip for me so i'll call to confirm. I too like shopping local. It would be nice to visit triple a's for the first time.

^^^Definitely check out Triple AAAs in Vallejo. Ask for Herman. Great customer service and good selection.

All m&p mags are had to find. I've been looking for some for my dads 9mm and they always are out of stock. Local gun shops in fresno want $50 to $60 for them. Crazy prices

Ya, I'm hearing the 9mm mags are even harder to find. Thx to Nikki, i planning a trip tofor triple As in vallejo for some 22 mags. Called earlier today to confirm availability and price at $32 each. Place tax, about $35 each. Although, Midway has them arriving on 9/1 for $27 each. Plus shipping, likely $30 each. Still debating.

It was nice enough today for a motorcycle ride to triple As from Fremont. A nice little store with many choices in stock. Got my 3 mags as planned. Gun prices a bit steep but truly a friendly group of guys. Interstate 80 was traffic coming up so i took 680 home. Overall a productive and fun day. Thx Nikki for the referal.
