Magazine Loader Recommedation

I'm having issues with my right thumb to the point that I needed a cortisone shot. As a result, it's a pain to load a magazine.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good mag loader that doesn't require too much use of one's thumb? Yeah, I know I could switch hands but it's a bit awkward.

I'll 2nd this suggestion. This is probably the single best firearm related purchase I have ever made.

I also picked up the Baby Uplula and am almost as happy with it as I am with the original.
