YUP, Yup....looks like only the "basic" Browning blued Hi-power and the Mk III. No two tone or specialty Hi-powers without SSE. Based on the list; no LCI for you. However, Browning Hi powers do have a Magazine disconnect.

Legal advice is being requested on Calguns.net. At a certain point, a person needs to take the information available and make a decision.

The last question was vague in the wording "can (I) bring this in...".

Here is what the roster indicates:

          Hi-Power Blue Adj Sights / Steel Pistol 4.66" 9mm 7/26/2014
          Hi-Power Blue Fixed Sights / Steel Pistol 4.66" 9mm 7/26/2014
          Hi-Power MKIII Fixed Sights / Steel Pistol 4.66" 9mm 7/2/2014
          Hi-Power MKIII RMEF CF 10 Cap. Fxd Sgts. / Steel Pistol 4.66" 9mm 1/25/2014

In my opinion, it looks like #2 on the list, but I'm not an FFL or the CADoJ. It seems the seller would ship it to California, too

Ultimately, you need to check with the FFL you want to handle the DROS. Their interpretation is what counts. If they dont think its on the roster/legal then it isnt going to happen.

It does look the second one on the list to me also. But it comes down to I should just go ask my FFL to be sure. Thanks guys for the help.
