    What to do?

    Hey all,
So this might be a stupid question or has been asked and answered numerous times. I have been making some purchases before the end of the AR'S ,VEPR, and some other semi auto rifles. I always wanted a 1911 and based on reviews(also it fits better in to my budget) I was thinking about getting a RIA 1911 Tactical. Are semi auto pistols going to be affected in 2014 and Ishould buy now. Because if they are not Iwas going to wait and put it toward more rifles. I looked all over and couldnt find a clear cut answer.

    Thanks in advance

Handguns that are currently on the doj roster will not be affected as long as the manufacturer keeps paying the fees to keep it on the roster.

However, if a gun falls off the roster or new model guns will likely not be available in California because of the new micro stamping laws that are required to get on the roster.

Also, if you want an off roster gun through ppt or sse, if the bills pass the. Ppt and sse of off roster guns will be eliminated as well.
